Due to the custom nature of our products, pricing is determined seperately for every order.  Pricing may vary significantly based  on product, cost of materials and number of pieces ordered. 

A price estimate will be given for your  specific order promptly after the consultation.  The prices listed on the site are for the exact product shown and are subject to change without notice.

The Ordering Process

Browsing the Website
This consists of the 5 easy steps noted throughout the site.  Browse the website for idea, design options and design elements.  Complete the Contact Us page with your ideas and we will respond within 48 to start the Consulation.

Consultation
This initial phone conversation will take place to discuss your event.  We will discuss and explore your ideas, designs, colors, themes and budget to develop an initial concept and design for your products. You may select an invitation design from our signature collection or we will create  something new especially for you. We will consult with you on colors, design, paper, and any other personalized touches that will best reflect your special day!

Within 1-2 days of the consultation we will estimate a total cost of your products.  A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at this time for us to begin the design stage. 

Design Stage
Within 3-5 days you will receive several initial design ideas generated from our consultation.  You will then provide feedback about the designs.  Using your feedback, we will create revised versions of the products.  One final round of revisions, a third proof, is offered free of charge. 

Final Proof Approval
A final version of your products will be sent to you by email.  You will need to print off the files and approve each design by signing your name.  Be sure to check spelling and information in the text.  You can then scan and email or mail back the signed designs.  This is our green light to begin production.  Any revisions made after the final proof approval will incur an extra charge and may delay your delivery date.

Production
After the final proof approval is received, we will begin creating your custome products.  From this point, it will take between 3-6 weeks for completion.  If you need a rush order, we may be able to accommodate for an additional charge.

Completion and Final Payment
We will contact you as soon as we are close to completing your custom products.  The remaining balance will be due at this time.  When the payment is received, we will ship the final products.  A delivery charge will have been included in your quote.
